Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of a deposit of $100 for each adult and $50 for each child (age 3 - 11). We must receive your deposit within 5 days of verbal confirmation to hold your reservation.
Final Payment is due in our office 30 days prior to departure.
Late Bookings are accepted up to the day of departure if permitted by the air carrier's rules, subject only to space availability. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE BOOKINGS.
Documents will normally be mailed 21 days prior to departure. Documents delayed because of late payment or late booking will require payment of special shipping and handling charges.
Prices Guarantee Prices may be increased at any time without notice. Because of this, Bolack Total Travel can only guarantee prices for bookings which are paid in full at the time a price increases. There is no "grace period." We therefore recommend you pay in full as soon as possible to guarantee the price.
Refunds Application for refund must be made in writing within 30 days of scheduled return, and must be accompanied by all negotiable tour vouchers and air tickets.
If the tour insurance is not purchased, the following penalties will apply.
Changes made more than 35 days prior to departure will be at NO COST to you provided no air tickets have been issued. You will be charged $25 per booking for any changes made 35 days or less before departure. If air tickets have been issued, all exchange or cancel penalties imposed by the airline will apply. Please note that if within 35 days of your scheduled departure, you change your departure date, we must treat the change as a cancellation and reservation, and assess cancellation charges as outlined below.
Cancellation charges are assessed to compensate us for the costs of managing your travel arrangements and the risk we and/or the property holding your reservation may not be able to sell this space to someone else. Any cancellation refunds you are entitled to will be automatically processed within 21 days of your cancellation. Note: Credit Card refunds typically take longer and may be subject to processing fees imposed by the airline. Cancellations made 35 days or more before scheduled departure require a cancellation charge of $25.00 per person. Cancellations made 34 to 15 days before scheduled departure require a cancellation charge of $50.00 per person. Cancellations made less than 15 days before scheduled departure require a cancellation charge of $50.00 per person + 1st night hotel (or $50.00 per person + 3 nights hotel for packages of 5 nights or more). No refunds will be made for services you decline to use after departure.
In addition to preceding cancellation charges, an additional cancellation charge will be assessed to cover penalties imposed by airlines on special fare ticket refunds ($30 to 100% of fare). You can avoid change and cancellation penalties by purchasing the change and cancellation tour insurance.
The airlines, and the operators of these vacation packages, issue tickets and coupons covering transportation, hotel accommodations and other services and facilities only as agents for such other companies as furnish such services and facilities, and neither they nor their subagents shall be held liable for loss or damage or injury to defect or negligence by any other transportation company, any hotel, any agency or any other such party providing such services. The airlines and the operators reserve the right to withdraw any vacation package at any time and to make such changes and alterations as may be found necessary for the proper handling of said vacation packages. The airlines are not liable for any claim of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with carriage or other service of features, of otherwise, performed or occurring in connection with these vacation packages, except as the condition of contract on the passenger ticket issued in conjunction with these vacation packages provide, or in accordance with its obligation to warrant appropriate refunds under the vacation warranty contained in this brochure.
By booking with Bolack Total Travel, you acknowledge that in any event Bolack Total Travel will not be liable for any consequential damages and the extent of Bolack Total Travel's liability shall never exceed the amount you actually paid to Bolack Total Travel.
Because of the extreme popularity of the destinations in the Southwest, availability on these packages cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend that reservations for Southwest Total Travel Vacations be made as far in advance as possible.

Package rates include hotel accommodations, rental car, and services otherwise noted in the package description. Air transportation is an add-on rate to the package price and depends on the city of origin, availability, and restrictions. All applicable taxes and/or surcharges for lodging and air transportation are included in the package quote. However, taxes, and other charges in connection with the rental car are not included in the package price. The package rates do not include the following charges in connection with the rental car: prepaid gas option, refueling service charges, loss damage waiver ("LDW"), personal accident insurance ("PAI"), personal effects protection ("PEP"), additional liability insurance("ALI"), local taxes, airport concession fees, government surcharges, drop-off charges, any applicable charges for additional drivers or drivers under 25 years of age, the cost to upgrade to a higher car class, and any other optional charges. The charges for the foregoing items are payable by the customer when the vehicle is returned.
