Tuition includes textbooks (theory, computer, and geography workbook), in-class textbooks, in-class computer and printer usage, preparation of a resume, videotaping sessions and optional travel industry activities.

Tuition Refund Policy

Bolack Total Travel Academy's refund policies follow exactly the guidelines laid down by the New Mexico Board of Educational Finance. These policies are:

1. If the school receives written notice of cancellation within five days of receiving the student's deposit and prior to the first day of class, the school will refund all monies received.
2. If the school receives written notice of cancellation more than five days after receiving the student's deposit and prior to the first day of class, the school will retain the $200 Registration Fee/deposit.
3. If the school receives written notice of withdrawal during the first half of the course, the school will retain the $200 Registration Fee/deposit plus a pro-rated share of the $1,250 Tuition. (Total Tuition costs, when pro-rated, amount to $25 per day.)
4. If a student gives notice of withdrawal during the second half of the course, the school retains all monies collected. No refunds will be made after the first six weeks of any session.
